They are hosting three traditional clambakes at Castle Hill that are open to the public on July 19th, August 23rd, and September 20th. The evening will begin with cocktails and hors d’oeuvre at 6:30pm near the new clambake pit, 7:15pm unveiling with a brief presentation from Chef Karsten Hart, followed by a “family style” service clambake in the tent. The cost of the clambake is $95.00 pp plus service charge and tax.
